Personal History		Richard was born into a simple family from one of Earth's colonies. Both his parents were members of starfleet, and stood out in their respective careers, Percival was the chief medical officer and Emilly was the chief science officer, both served on the same ship for a few years. When Richard was finally born, his parents asked for a small retreat from the starfleet missions so they could raise their child. The fleet accepted, due to years of important contribution of both. Richard was created with all the love and affection he could receive. But everything changed suddenly when his parents were killed in a car accident. At the time, the boy was only 7 years old. Richard was then adopted by his aunt, sister of his mother, Samantha James, who took care of the boy. Years went by and a dream grew into Richard, enlisting to serve starfleet, as well as his parents. That became the biggest goal of his life. But he did not want to pursue the same career as his parents, he wanted something different, but he was not yet determined whether he wanted to pursue a career in security or flight control. When he finally turned 18, he decided to enlist, keeping his two options in mind.
